Kyren Gantt: Huber Heights

Kyren Gantt joins OCMA as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Huber Heights. Kyren has worked for Huber Heights since 2022, having previously been employed by the City of Dayton.

Joy Pierson: Delhi Township

Joy Pierson joins OCMA as the Community and Economic Director for Delhi Township. Previously Joy served as an Assistant City Manager in Covington, Kentucky from 2021-2023, having also previously worked for both Hamilton County and the City of Cincinnati.

Joey Shope: Beavercreek

Joey Shope joins OCMA as a Public Service Superintendent with the City of Beavercreek. Joey is an Emerging Leader who is currently enrolled at Wright State. He has previously worked for the City of Dayton and Xenia.

Mallory Greenham: Hamilton

Mallory Greenham joins OCMA as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Hamilton. Mallory has worked for Hamilton since 2018, having previously worked in economic development and downtown revitalization before joining the City.

Natasha Harris: Cincinnati

Natasha S. Hampton was named Assistant City Manager effective October 2, 2023. With a career spanning more than two decades, Ms. Hampton began her public sector journey in 1997, starting in an entry-level position that would serve as the foundation for career.

Ms. Hampton has served as Acting City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Chief Marketing Officer, and Director of Human Resources in the states of Florida and North Carolina with oversight of more than $3B in general, enterprise and capital funds to date. Ms. Hampton’s portfolio included water and wastewater treatment, public works, transmission and distribution, logistics and fiscal quality control, cultural, sports and events facilities construction and management, utilities, emergency management, human services, human resources, as well as union and employee relations.

She is an award-winning public speaker and a University Professor of Business Management, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.

Ms. Hampton was conferred the degree of Doctorate in Business and Leadership, and holds a Master of Public Administration, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration and is an International City County Manager Association Credentialed Manager (ICMA-CM).
