Gaines is a Program Manager in Community Development & Planning for Hamilton County, a position that he started earlier this year in June.
Amy was named the Executive Director of RITA in 2022 after serving as Chief Legal Counsel for RITA since 2005.
Caity joins OCMA as a Senior Program Manager in Community Development for Hamilton County.
Tim joins OCMA as the Director of Public Services and Safety for the Village of St. Bernard. Tim previously worked in various roles over the past 21 years for the City of Hamilton, most recently as the Executive Director of Internal Services.
LaShea Lofton joins OCMA as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Dayton. She has worked for the City of Dayton since 1992 in a variety of roles, most recently as Finance Director from 2013-2024.
Shannon Meadows was hired as the township’s first female administrator in April 2024. Prior to working for Harrison Township, Mrs. Meadows held the position of Community Development Director with the City of Springfield. Mrs. Meadows has more than 20 years of public administrative experience.
In this role, Mrs. Meadows managed the daily operations of the department and oversaw various crucial areas such as Housing and Urban Development entitlement funds, grant management, Planning, Zoning and Code Enforcement, Building Regulations, Development Programs, Housing Rehabilitation, Fair Housing and Mediation, Minority Business Development and community reinvestment initiatives.
Mrs. Meadows holds a Master of Public Administration from the Edwin O. Stene School for Public Administration and a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and Management from Wittenberg University in Springfield, OH.
Grant joins OCMA as the Public Service Director for the City of Powell. He previously worked in a similar role for the City of Gahanna.
Eryk joins OCMA as a student at the University of Dayton studying political science. Eryk is also an intern for the City of Dayton.
Ryan is the Development Director for Washington Township, a role he has served in since 2011. Previously Ryan worked for the City of Centerville from 2002 to 2011.
