Mr. Chen joins OCMA as the Village Administrator for the Village of Hebron, a position that he started in November 2023. You can read more information about Jung-Han in this press release from the Village of Hebron.

Katie Eviston serves as the Finance Director for the City of Springfield.

Anthony joins OCMA as an Emerging Leader who is serving as the Assistant to the City Manager of Miamisburg while attending law school at the University of Dayton.

Monica Jones-Schortgen joins OCMA as the Assistant City Manager of Beavercreek, having previously worked for the City of Dayton from 2012-2023 and the City of Smyrna, Georgia from 2008-2012.

Jill Allen joins OCMA as the City Attorney in Springfield.

Tiffany joins OCMA as the City Clerk and Human Resources Director for the City of Louisville, Ohio.

Mallory Sribanditmongkol joins OCMA as the Strategic Communications Officer for the City of Powell.

Jeff is re-joining OCMA, having recently become the Hamilton Township Administrator after serving since 2015 in a similar role for Miami Township. He previously served as the City Manager in Milford and the Assistant City Manager in Loveland.

Jeff McElravy joins OCMA as the Assistant Administrator in Colerain Township.
