New Members

Eric joins OCMA as the Municipal Services Director for Tipp City. Eric has worked for Tipp City since 2012.

Jesse joins OCMA as the Village Administrator in both Wintersville and Bridgeport Ohio. He previously served as a Lieutenant in the Wintersville Police Department.

Peter joins OCMA as the Associate Director of the Ohio Persistent Cyber Improvement at the University of Cincinnati. Peter is also studying to obtain his MPA at the University of Cincinnati. He has previously worked in local government in Illinois for the City of Chicago, Cook County, and the City of Peoria.

Matthew joins OCMA as the first City Administrator in Canal Winchester. Matthew has served as the Public Service Director in Canal Winchester since 1994.

Nicole Harris joined OCMA in October 2023 as the Economic Development Director in Warrensville Heights. Nicole has been in this role with Warrensville Heights since 2022, having previously worked for NOPEC as a Government Relationship Manager.

Aaron Messenger has worked for the City of Vandalia as a Recreation Supervisor since 2018. He is an Emerging Leader, currently enrolled with Wright State, where he is working toward a Masters in Public Administration.

Kyren Gantt joins OCMA as the Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Huber Heights. Kyren has worked for Huber Heights since 2022, having previously been employed by the City of Dayton.

Joy Pierson joins OCMA as the Community and Economic Director for Delhi Township. Previously Joy served as an Assistant City Manager in Covington, Kentucky from 2021-2023, having also previously worked for both Hamilton County and the City of Cincinnati.

Joey Shope joins OCMA as a Public Service Superintendent with the City of Beavercreek. Joey is an Emerging Leader who is currently enrolled at Wright State. He has previously worked for the City of Dayton and Xenia.

Mallory Greenham joins OCMA as the Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Hamilton. Mallory has worked for Hamilton since 2018, having previously worked in economic development and downtown revitalization before joining the City.
