Participants will delve into key insights from this incredible book, in which Dr. Maxwell takes us on the journey to become a High-Road Leader—the kind of leader who is willing to be accountable for actions, value and care for people, and do things for the right reason.
John tells us that there are three kinds of leadership: low-road, middle-road, and high-road. If you want to be the most effective and have the most impact on the people you work with and those around you in all areas of your life, you need to take the high road.
The low-road leader only thinks of themselves. The middle-road leader is a person who values fairness. The high-road leader puts others first.
