Explore the importance of succession management and how everyone in the organization is already contributing to how it is done today.

This course approaches succession planning as an organizational responsibility, where everyone can and is expected to play a role in successful succession practices. Succession is discussed in the course as the transfer of responsibilities from one individual to another, including any related materials, relationships, and commitments. Succession in this orderly manner creates the highest level of continuity and assurance to key stakeholders during transition. 

Participants explore the importance of succession management and how everyone in the organization is already contributing to how it is done today.
