Continuing to improve and elevate the ability to communicate concisely, clearly, completely and credibly is a critical skill in the public policy arena. Participants will learn through critically analyzing verbal and written communication examples and group exercises. This course will be taught in a hands-on supportive environment with the focus on self-evaluation and instructor coaching. By the end of the course participants will improve the credibility, conciseness, and clarity of their written and spoken word in professional settings.
