Joseph Varckette: Geneva

Joseph joins OCMA as the City Manager in Geneva, a role that he has served in since 2020. From 2015-2020 Joseph served as the Village Manager of Orwell. He also previously served from 1991-1995 as City Manager in Ashtabula, the only community in Ohio that elects a City Manager.
