Mark Schwieterman to serve as Interim City Manager in Vandalia

The City of Vandalia has entered into a contract with Shared Resource Center for Interim City Manager Services.

Mark Schwieterman of Shared Resource Center will serve in the role of Interim City Manager until a permanent City Manager is appointed.

Schwieterman is well-known in the Dayton region, having served nearly 17 years as City Manager of Kettering.

“I’m excited to be able to step in on an interim basis to help the City of Vandalia through the process of finding a permanent manager,” Schwieterman said. “Vandalia has an excellent reputation in the region, and I’m proud to be able to play a small role in moving the community forward.”

Schwieterman’s first day in the office will be Monday, June 17
