Paul Brake: Delaware

Paul joins OCMA as the new City Manager in Delaware, Ohio, having started in that position in July of 2024. Previously Paul worked as the City Manager in Royal Oak, Michigan, Morgantown, West Virginia, and Grand Blanc, Michigan.
