Tracy Williams Scholarship

Tracy Williams served as the City Manager of West Carrollton, Ohio from 1977 to 2007. He was widely recognized for his efforts to serve West Carrollton and the entire Miami Valley region over his thirty year tenure. He was recognized for excellence in local government management by the Dayton Area Managers Assocation, OCMA and ICMA. For many in local government across Ohio, he is remembered as a sincere, thoughtful and supportive colleague.

The Tracy Williams Scholarship is intended to support local governments that provide internship and fellowship opportunities for students interested in local government.   

Communities that are interested in applying for support from OCMA to help fund opportunities for students to work in their communities may apply using the form below.
